The Best Travel Guide : Review
Most of the backpackers all over the world are really looking forward to guides to be consistent. Even myself depends on it. I was searching a travel guide website and found out the top one. I think this website might help you also. That is why I will try to prove a review all over it.

A screenshot of the website.
Travel Guide Website: Arrivalguides.com
The first impression it does gives me is that it loads faster than I thought. The header image comes with a slide show of beautiful destinations all over the world. When you scroll down, it shows more of its blog post for its covered destinations. Although I like the featured images I saw among the posts, it took me a while to go to the footer side of it. It keeps downloading the posts.
The menus are very user-friendly. It has a drop-down menu for the destination you are going to look for. I tried looking for my area, Davao City. I first click the continent Asia and then brings you to the countries it covers. The Philippines and then its top 5 destinations for it. I wish they had covered a lot more with the Philippines.
Anyways, going to my city, Davao. They also has a downloadable travel guide that you can read offline which is very useful for the travelers to have. It seems like they had updates about the city. On the left side of the website is the sections menu which includes top destination, bars and restaurants, hotels and some essential information about the city.
The Section Menu
I tried the Essential Information page. It covers the airport to public utility vehicles, pharmacy and safety notice. Local numbers of these landmarks are also visible in this section.
The Shopping center pages also tackles about where to find the shopping destination in the city. I have also written a post about it right here if you are looking forward for a specific guide.
The Downloadable Guide
The downloadable guide consists of sixteen pages. It has a short history about the city and then the rules. The map of the city is also there. You can read some descriptions about the places in Davao that you can include in your itineraries. They have also include the contact numbers for a certain destination.
What I think about it?
These travel guide is very informative to what they share. From the photos to the addresses and contact numbers, are what travelers looked for. They have also stretched information from what they see as a very important guide for us. It seems like they are a really good travel guide for giving out the basics of a certain place. Nice of you guys!
On the other hand, I am seeing myself looking forward to read this guide for my city. I admit, I am quite unfamiliar with few of what they posted. I must try it myself.
If you would like to recommend a certain travel guide, would this be a good one for you? Or would you rather go for the official websites of a certain place?
If you were to ask me, I would do both. Why? It’s better to have a lot of info than be a naïve.
